Week One: Common Foundation for All Learners
Before learners specialize in Crocheting, Knitting & Beading, they begin with a shared first-week foundation that is common across departments. This helps every learner build confidence, identity, communication ability, innovation mindset, environmental awareness, and practical readiness for growth across technical, entrepreneurial, and future-focused pathways.
This shared foundation helps learners grow not only in practical craft interest, but also in self-awareness, discipline, communication, sustainability awareness, and a wider understanding of how creativity, innovation, and personal growth can support meaningful work and enterprise.
Training Modules
The program is delivered through practical modules that introduce learners to yarn and beadwork tools, pattern creation, stitch techniques, finishing, product design, digital promotion, and real-life craft enterprise application.
1. Equipment, Materials & Tools
Introduction to yarns, threads, hooks, needles, beads, accessories, and the essential tools used in crocheting, knitting, and beading.
2. Basic Crocheting & Knitting Techniques
Learning foundational stitches, tension control, joining methods, pattern following, and the practical skills needed to create neat handmade pieces.
3. Design & Pattern-Making

Open to motivated learners with interest in handmade crafts, creativity, design, fashion accessories, and practical enterprise. Prior experience is not required. Patience, discipline, and willingness to learn through hands-on activity are important.

Certification
