Cha Mama Daycare Baby Crèche
A safe childcare and empowerment support initiative helping young teenage mothers continue vocational training with dignity, confidence, and hope.
A safe space where young mothers can learn, grow, and rebuild their future.
Cha Mama Daycare Baby Crèche is a 360 Climate Institutes initiative created to support young teenage mothers by providing a safe childcare environment while they pursue vocational skills training.
Many young mothers have the desire to learn and become self-reliant, but childcare often becomes one of the biggest barriers to consistent training. Cha Mama responds to this challenge with care, structure, and practical support.
The initiative combines childcare support, vocational training access, mentorship, dignity, and community partnership to help young mothers move toward independence and transformation.
