The Youth Innovation Pathways initiative is a collaborative youth development framework by 360 Climate Institutes aimed at preparing learners for the future through AI readiness, digital literacy, innovation, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, employability, leadership development, and climate-smart & environmental stewardship. Building on 360’s commitment to youth empowerment, practical skills development, and community transformation, this pathway gives youth organizations opportunities to engage learners through projects, workshops, clubs, mentorship, exposure visits, and hands-on activities.

At 360 Climate Institutes, we are committed to nurturing young people with the knowledge, values, exposure, and practical skills needed to thrive in a changing world. Through our Youth Innovation Pathways initiative, we work with schools, churches, and youth-serving institutions to promote leadership, innovation, environmental stewardship, entrepreneurship, and future-focused learning experiences.

How schools and institutions can participate

We welcome collaboration with schools, churches, youth groups, and community organizations that desire to create more meaningful and future-ready learning pathways for young people.

Projects and Competitions
Learners can participate in projects, challenge-based activities, competitions, and showcases that encourage teamwork, creativity, sustainability awareness, and real-world engagement.
