Terms & Conditions
Welcome to 360 Climate Institutes. As a mission-driven organisation, we are committed to nurturing, empowering, skilling, transforming, and promoting sustainable practices among learners, institutions, and communities. These Terms & Conditions help create a clear, fair, and responsible framework for participation across our programs and learning pathways.
By accessing our training opportunities, learning resources, institutional pathways, or program-related services, learners, institutions, sponsors, and partners acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Our Commitment
360 Climate Institutes exists to support meaningful learner growth through practical training, environmental awareness, innovation, life skills, responsible citizenship, and sustainable development pathways. We aim to help learners build confidence, strengthen their abilities, and where possible progress to the next phase of learning, enterprise, leadership, collaboration, and community impact.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in, accessing, participating in, or using any of our programs, content, platforms, services, resources, or institution-supported pathways, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Where a learner joins through a school, institution, sponsor, parent, guardian, church, or partner organisation, such access and participation shall also be governed by these Terms.
2. Nature of Our Programs
Our programs are designed to nurture talent, build practical skills, strengthen responsible thinking, promote sustainable practices, and support learner transformation across different pathways and departments.
360 Climate Institutes may improve, adjust, update, restructure, postpone, or discontinue any module, program, content area, support element, or learning feature where necessary for quality, relevance, safety, operations, or sustainability.
3. Learner Participation & Conduct
- Provide truthful and accurate registration information.
- Participate respectfully in learning sessions, assignments, projects, and practical engagements.
- Use institute materials, digital platforms, and shared resources responsibly.
- Maintain integrity, discipline, and respect toward trainers, staff, peers, institutions, and partners.
Misconduct, abuse, dishonesty, plagiarism, disruption, harassment, or misuse of systems may result in restricted, suspended, or terminated access.
4. Sustainable Practices & Growth
As part of our mission, learners may be introduced to sustainability principles, climate-conscious thinking, environmental stewardship, innovation, and practical responsibility relevant to their pathway or area of training.
Learners are encouraged to apply these values and skills in ways that promote positive development in homes, schools, institutions, workplaces, enterprises, and communities.
5. Progression & Next-Phase Support
360 Climate Institutes seeks to help learners progress where possible through mentorship, guidance, practical exposure, portfolio support, skills strengthening, referrals, and responsible opportunity connection.
Such progression support is part of our mission and commitment to learner development, but it shall not be interpreted as a guaranteed entitlement to placement, advancement, sponsorship, employment, or any specific outcome.
6. Internship & Employment Disclaimer
360 Climate Institutes does not guarantee internships, attachments, jobs, contracts, sponsorships, or paid opportunities for any learner.
Where possible, the institute may support learners by linking them to opportunities, recommending promising candidates, or helping them become more ready for the next phase based on factors such as performance, readiness, conduct, availability, and partner criteria.
These efforts are supportive in nature and remain discretionary, opportunity-based, and non-obligatory.
7. Fees, Registration, Certification & Sponsorship
In general, learners are not subject to full program tuition under this framework, except for applicable administrative charges such as a modest registration fee and, where applicable, a certificate processing fee.
Some learners may join through schools, institutions, sponsors, churches, or partner organisations. In such cases, registration handling, sponsorship coordination, access approval, or related administrative support may be facilitated through the relevant institution or partner.
Specific fee details and processes may evolve from time to time and will be communicated appropriately.
8. Certification & Recognition
Certificates, letters of participation, badges, or other recognition may be issued where applicable and subject to completion requirements, conduct standards, attendance expectations, and assessment criteria.
For vocational and skills-based pathways, certification may be issued through or aligned with NITA where applicable. For online pathways currently offered through Youth Innovation Hub (YIH), recognition may be issued according to the structure of the specific program, including the AI Foundation program where currently applicable.
As programs continue to grow, 360 Climate Institutes reserves the right to improve, expand, or refine its certification and recognition pathways.
9. Institutions, Partners & Managed Access
Some programs or learning pathways may be accessed through schools, institutions, sponsors, churches, or approved organisations. In such cases, access may be limited to verified or approved learners only.
360 Climate Institutes reserves the right to verify, approve, restrict, suspend, or revoke access where necessary for compliance, accuracy, safeguarding, operational coordination, or program integrity.
10. Intellectual Property & Responsible Use
Institute content, materials, branding, guides, frameworks, videos, modules, and learning resources remain the intellectual property of 360 Climate Institutes or the respective owner unless otherwise stated.
Such materials are intended for personal educational use only unless written permission is given. Unauthorised copying, resale, redistribution, public sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Digital Platforms & Learning Access
Where learning is delivered through websites, learning portals, dashboards, videos, downloadable resources, or institution-supported systems, participants are expected to use such platforms lawfully, responsibly, and only for their intended educational purpose.
360 Climate Institutes shall not be responsible for interruptions, institution-side delays, device limitations, internet challenges, or external technical issues beyond reasonable control.
12. Privacy, Media & Communications
Personal information submitted during registration, participation, certification, sponsorship coordination, or institutional access may be used for legitimate educational, administrative, communication, reporting, safeguarding, and operational purposes.
Program-related activities, impact stories, testimonials, and non-sensitive achievements may also be documented or showcased for visibility, educational reporting, and institutional communication, subject to appropriate care and privacy standards.
Important Clarification
360 Climate Institutes is committed to helping learners become more prepared, more visible, and better positioned for the next phase of their journey. This may include mentorship, recommendation, responsible exposure, and where possible connection to internship or job opportunities. However, these remain support mechanisms and not legal, contractual, or automatic guarantees of placement or employment.
Updates to These Terms
360 Climate Institutes may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, educational, legal, institutional, technological, or program development changes.
Continued participation in our programs or use of our platforms after updates are made shall be understood as acceptance of the revised Terms.
For clarification or official communication regarding these Terms, learners, institutions, sponsors, and partners may contact 360 Climate Institutes through the official communication channels of the institute.
