Week One: Common Foundation for All Learners
Before learners specialize in Innovation, Creativity & Talent Upscaling, they begin with a shared first-week foundation that is common across departments. This helps every learner build confidence, identity, communication ability, innovation mindset, environmental awareness, and practical readiness for growth within both creative and future-focused learning pathways.
This shared foundation ensures that learners develop not only creativity and talent, but also self-awareness, communication ability, sustainability awareness, and a wider understanding of how innovation, technology, and personal growth can be used responsibly, confidently, and creatively.

This programme is designed to be accessible to talented, creative, and motivated learners who are ready to grow their skills, confidence, performance ability, and practical exposure through guided learning and applied experience.
Entry Requirements
Open to learners with interest in creativity, performance, music, talent growth, digital expression, innovation, collaboration, and artistic development. Prior experience is not required. Passion, discipline, willingness to learn, and commitment to regular participation are important.
Duration
The programme runs over a structured training period with guided sessions, talent development practice, creative exercises, collaboration activities, project work, and performance-based learning. Duration can be aligned with the current departmental schedule and cohort calendar.
Certification
Learners who successfully complete the training and required practical or creative activities receive institutional recognition or certification based on programme completion, attendance, participation, collaboration, and demonstrated growth in talent and skill application.
