These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Climate 360 Connect mobile application (“App”) operated by 360 Climate Institutes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). You are solely responsible for your User Generated Content and warrant that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any User Generated Content that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
